A serviced office or co-working office provides fully-equipped facilities managed by a service facility management company. Generally, a serviced office room can accommodate from one individual to 20-person companies.

With minimal capital investment, you can enjoy immediate access to fully furnished and well-equipped office without losing time and focus on growing your business.

The Point locates at Tsim Sha Tsui, the CBD in Kowloon side. It is relatively lower costs than other CBDs in Hong Kong Island.  We offer a range of services, from sourcing the right local business partners to legal, accounting, payroll and IT services.

Co-working space is available by days, weeks and months during office hours. A co-working client has access to either an unassigned work desk in a common area with high-speed internet access. A dedicated workstation offers greater exclusivity, with 24/7 access to the workspace.

Virtual offices operate without any actual physical office space; all operations (whether internal or external business processes and communication) are performed via the Internet and phone lines. Employee(s) work remotely and perform daily office tasks with the use of software and application tools dependent on the Internet. Virtual offices offer a business address for postal communication and secretarial support.

When making your booking, please tell us:

  • your name and business name
  • date of event
  • time of booking
  • number of participants
  • equipment needed
  • set-up requirements
  • any other important information regarding your event

For seminars, lectures and events, normally the access time is 30 minutes prior to booking. 

Additional charges may apply for events go beyond the booking hours. The cost may involve venue fee and centralized AC systems that automatically turn off after business hours, and additionally charges may apply to turn on the AC.

Our IT specialists and/or office assistants can help in setting-up any presentation equipment.

Once you get in touch with us, we will provide a list of food items and cuisines for you to choose. We can also base on your budget to arrange the menu.  

We provide both wired and wireless internet access.
